DentzAI offers optional text message (SMS) alerts to account holders. If you opt in, we send transactional notifications about your account, such as alerts when a new lead is captured. These alerts go to the practice account holder and are not used to send patient health information.
You opt in by enabling the text-alert setting in your DentzAI account and entering your mobile number. By doing so, you consent to receive these text messages from DentzAI at that number.
Message frequency varies and depends on activity in your account.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also turn off text alerts in your account settings.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
